[Sdk-public] 4.0.1rc2 and 3.10.1rc2 released

Hello

We finally released rc2 distributions for 4.0.1 and 3.10.1

Please test these releases which contain a URL alias migration
extension to recover all custom url aliases and most of the history
elements.

If no more serious issues show up, final releases will be packaged
very soon (in 1-2 weeks from now), and also of importance: we can then
move on to provide you eZ Publish 4.1 in the near future as well
(basically the url alias problems were holding up that release as
well).
